Make sure your items do not extend beyond the pallet base, as this can cause damage during transit and may result in extra charges for the additional space required.

All palletised loads should be secured properly using shrink wrap, ratchet straps, rope, or banding. As pallets can be transferred between vehicles several times during pallet shipping to Germany, they must remain stable – if possible, avoid creating an unbalanced or top-heavy pallet.

To reduce the risk of breakages, protect your goods with suitable packaging such as bubble wrap, cardboard, polystyrene, or other cushioning materials.

Pallets are often stacked in delivery vehicles to make the most of available space. If stacking is not suitable for your shipment, clearly mark this on the outside of the pallet so drivers are aware.
Please note that certain items, such as engine parts and gearboxes, must be sent via our specialist service. For a tailored quote, contact us directly on 0871 288 5741. We’ll ensure safe, reliable pallet delivery to Germany and beyond.
